Sandy Petrykowski is an Emmy Award-winning writer, producer and director.

Sandy crafts branded digital content and develops strategic executive communications.
She has decades of experience producing news and documentaries around the world. In her most recent long-form project she was Showrunner for PBS’ 2022 film “Tutankhamun: Allies & Enemies” which the Wall Street Journal called “riveting.”

Sandy has an extensive network of authorities and journalists at her fingertips and is a wizard when it comes to finding and booking experts on a wide variety of subjects from politics to business to science and technology.

She is comfortable producing a live television broadcasts show in a studio or field producing teams on location in the middle of the Sahara desert. She spent almost a decade based in Cairo and is passionate about Egyptology. The networks and companies she has worked with include: AARP, Bank of America, PBS, PBS Kids, Discovery Channel, National Geographic, CNN, ABC, and NPR.

When she’s not busy writing, she can be found riding her bike on the trails around Washington D.C. or looking for her next travel adventure.
